With over 30 years of experience, Amplitude Event Solutions is a full-service events production agency delivering high-end events for corporate and public sector clients across the UK. Known for their technical expertise, creative execution, and reliable delivery, Amplitude needed a digital platform that reflected their evolution as a brand and the calibre of work they provide.

Initial Challenge:
Amplitude’s previous website felt outdated and didn’t reflect the sophistication of their services. With a new brand guide underway, they needed a modern site that would grow with their business, meet strict accessibility and readability requirements, and allow them to update content easily without developer input.

Research & Strategy:
We began with a discovery session with Amplitude’s directors to understand their vision and the business’s long-term goals. This led to the creation of a project roadmap, outlining phases, reviews, and deliverables. We conducted a full audit of their existing site, identifying performance issues, missed marketing opportunities, and key usability concerns.
We also analysed competitors and comparable service providers in the event space to inform our visual and functional approach.
Design Process:
Accessibility and brand expression had to go hand-in-hand. We iterated extensively on the design—starting with wireframes and structural planning, then progressing to visual design modules, and finally refining colour schemes that matched the new brand while maintaining high contrast and readability standards.
We implemented multiple review stages to ensure alignment:
